Digital Workouts by Personal Trainer Nicole Ott
Take your trainer with you anywhere you go!
Did you know that you can now download your workouts straight to your iPod? In today’s technologically advanced world, Digital Training is the new Personal Training method. But it is not the ideal solution for everyone. Here are some pros and cons.
Pros:
- It’s an inexpensive way of taking your Personal Trainer with you anywhere you go.
- The workouts easily download to your computer and then sync with your hand-held device such as an iPod, iPhone, Nano, Blackberry, PDA, MP3 player, Smartphone, and many others.
- You may even print these workouts if you prefer.
- Best of all, you can still listen to your favorite music while the Digital Trainer guides you through your workout.
Cons:
- You need to have some exercise experience to be able to perform the routines safely. General instructions are provided but not to the extent of having a Trainer watch your every move.
- While your workouts are clearly laid out for you, there is no motivational assistance provided like with one on one training. Therefore, you have to be able to push yourself.
- Workouts are designed to meet the most common inquiries. The digital programs offered may not fit your specific needs. Speak to a Trainer directly if you have any medical conditions.
- And most importantly, know who designed the programs! If you don’t know who the Trainer is or what their qualifications are, for your own safety, think twice. Make sure to find a Degreed and Certified Trainer with plenty of years of experience. After all, it’s your health!
